Renee Casely-Hayford, FNP

Mrs. Casely-Hayford, FNP-C is a native of Vallejo, California and spent her senior year of high school making her home in Beaumont, Texas. She is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and obtained her Masters of Nursing degree from Walden University. She also has earned her Bachelors in Biology from Alcorn State University in Alcorn, Mississippi. She has earned various degrees in Health Science Management, Respiratory Therapy, Audiology, and Emergency Medicine. MSgt Casely-Hayford has served in the United States Air Force for over 8 years and is a member of the Texas Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Mrs. Casely-Hayford, FNP-C has been a part of the Central Care family since February 2016. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the community with an extensive background in both acute and chronic care for all ages; this is to include Emergency Room, ICU, Wound Care, Step Down, Obstetrics and Gynecology, PICU, Med Surge, Pulmonary Care, Dialysis and Cardiology. She is friendly, kind and passionate about expanding into the community to make a healthier more active you. 
Mrs. Casely-Hayford, FNP-C believes that by treating each person as an individual, she is best able to help her patients maintain their health. She feels that the patient-provider relationship should be a team approach and reflect that of a mutual respect and collaboration. Through this relationship, patients will be empowered to take an active role in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle and make better decisions regarding their health.

Janelle Elie-Murray, FNP

Janelle Elie-Murray, FNP

Janelle is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Masters from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her BSN from the University of Texas Arlington. Prior to joining Central Care Integrated Health Services, Janelle worked as a Registered Nurse at Texas Children's Hospital. In her free time, she enjoys reading and watching movies. But what she enjoys most is spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Dr. Muhaned Alsaedi, M.D.

Dr. Muhaned Alsaedi is a physician at Central Care IHS. He attended medical school in Baghdad, Iraq.  He is experienced in wound care, cardio thoracic and vascular surgery, as well as general medicine.

Asha R Cherian MSN FNP BC

Asha R Cherian is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Arizona and Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minnesota. Asha’s prior experience is predominantly in the Oncology care settings. She began her career as a registered nurse in the Oncology Unit at Clearlake Regional Medical Center in Webster, TX. She later worked for U T M D Anderson Cancer Center as a registered nurse. During her clinical rotations, she gained experience in primary care, women’s health, and chronic disease management.  In Asha’s spare time, she enjoys dancing, listening to songs, and spending time with her friends& family  Practice Philosophy Asha believes that by treating each person as an individual, she is best able to help her patients maintain their health. She feels that the patient-provider relationship should reflect that of mutual respect and collaboration. Through this relationship, patients should be empowered to take an active role in their healthcare plans and decisions. She believes when patients take an active role, they are more willing to adhere to a plan of care, fostering better healthcare outcomes and enhanced patient satisfaction.

Francine Nosworthy

Francine Nosworthy

Ms. Nosworthy is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the state to Texas. Prior to joining Central Care Integrated Health Service, Ms. Nosworthy worked in the healthcare field for almost twenty years as a registered nurse. After working in various areas, she felt the need to increase her knowledge base and pursue a master’s degree from Texas Woman's University in 2015. She enjoys working with various ages and diverse populations in assisting with health promotion and disease management. Her philosophy is based on establishing and maintaining a rapport and trust while delivering evidence based, patient centered care unique to each patient and their environment

Dr. Shannon Morris, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Shannon Morris, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Shannon Morris, DNP, FNP-C, is the Director of Clinical Services for Central Care Integrated Health Services. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc.
Dr. Morris began her nursing education at Winston-Salem State University (WSSU), where she was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and began working as a registered nurse at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU). She worked as a staff nurse, researcher, and nurse preceptor. She was awarded the certificate of “Excellence in the Preceptor Role". In addition, Dr. Morris also served on the UNC Shared Governance Board Diversity Council, as well as being the appointed BMTU Diabetes Resource Nurse.

Dr. Morris returned to WSSU to pursue a Masters in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) concentration, then ultimately decided to enroll at the University of South Alabama to earn her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a concentration in Diabetes and Metabolic Syndromes. 

Dr. Morris has contributed to numerous research projects and presented at both the local and state level. Projects include revising the "UNC Mucositis Management Policy" with updated evidence-based research and “The Equal Project". Professionals presentations include "Bone Marrow Core: The Transplant Process and Hematological Effects", "Central Venous Access Devices in Cancer Patients", as well as article publications in the Clinical Advisor entitled "Reducing Ethnic Disparities in Cancer Care” and "Goal-Setting: Improving Glycemic Control in Type 2 Diabetes.

Dr. Morris' research interests include care of cancer survivors. She also has a strong drive and personal motivation in searching for a cure for cancer. When Dr. Morris is not working, she is volunteering with the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. She has served as a Cooperate Sponsor Recruiter as well as a participant in the “Light the Night Walk”. Her pastime includes traveling abroad, reading non-fiction novels, or spending time with her family and friends.

Madhavi Raju, BSN, PA-C, MPAS

Madhavi Raju, BSN, PA-C, MPAS

Madhavi Raju is nationally certified and state licensed physician assistant since 2009. She is not only a physician assistant, but a well-versed medical professional in the area of nutrition, which is a rare combination in the medical field.  She graduated at the top of her class with her Master’s degree in the physician assistant program in the University of St. Francis and in the top 7% of 20,000 students in the undergraduate program at University of Houston and received academic excellence in Human Nutrition and Foods.  She has experience in various aspects of medical field treating patients with acute and chronic conditions. She has received several accolades for her excellent patient care at various clinics. She is passionate about educating patients on medical and nutrition and to improve their quality of life. She uses effective listening skills to learn about her patients and their health concerns. She values the patient-provider relationship and believes listening and education is the cornerstone to a patient’s well-being.  Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling around the world, interior decoration, reading books on medicine and nutrition and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Reenu Varghese, DNP, FNP-C

Dr. Reenu Varghese, DNP, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who recently moved to Texas. She earned her doctorate in nursing practice from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Geriatric Nursing Association, Sigma Theta Tau and the Illinois Society of Advanced Practice Nurses. She is one of the "40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leaders in Illinois" and the sole recipient of the Marie Lindsey Spirit of Advanced Practice Nursing award in 2016. This award is given to one licensed Advance Practice Nurse in Illinois for exemplifying leadership, commitment and achievement. She has extensive experience working with clients of all ages starting from newborns to older adults. She is well-versed in the areas of pediatrics, well woman check, contraception & STD management, and chronic disease management. She speaks English, Hindi, Malayalam, and medical Spanish. She enjoys cooking, dancing, reading and writing. She believes in providing compassionate excellent care to the community she serves.
